Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from when they are placed. Depending on the items purchased and where they are stored, we aim to minimize transit time and shipping costs whenever possible for the convenience of our customers. Tracking information via the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) is also provided after the product has been shipped, and will follow the specific carrier's policy after it has been shipped. Please note, "express shipping" is not available at this time. 

For individual orders placed at or above $25.00 USD, we offer free shipping and cover all shipping & handling costs for the customer. For individual orders under $25.00 USD, there is a $7.99 flat rate shipping fee. 

We source and fulfill customer orders from US-based facilities, and ship currently to the District of Columbia & the 48 contiguous United States. We hope to expand our network in the near future.

Return Policy

All unopened, non-perishable merchandise are eligible for free returns within a 15 day period, starting from the date you received your order. To submit a return request, please contact our Customer Service team (email: info@spiceroadmarket.com, with subject "Return Request") to start the process. 

Refunds will be processed by our payment provider, PayPal, and funds will be refunded via your original method of payment. Please visit their website for more details.
